Oh man, check out those teeth! Those talons! Those briefcases! While much speculation still abounds at the details of Jurassic World – the upcoming Jurassic Park sequel – One Legged Kiwi has the scoop. Read on for newly uncovered plot details and announcments.
Most publications have it that the film features a second attempt at the ill fated Jurassic theme park, with tourists arriving in droves for a presumably disaster free, memorable family holiday. The actual film depicts a society set some time after the previous films, where dinosaurs have completely populated the Earth, established a robust economy and system of government, and settled down into a variety of tedious white collar jobs. Expect something along the lines of Office Space, but sprinkled with the occasional fatal mauling.
I’m quite looking forward to this one – Jurassic Park is one of the most memorable films from my childhood, and although the last two sequels were fairly mediocre, I’m optimistic! It doesn’t hurt that it’s got Chris Pratt starring, who you’ll recognise if you’re a fan of Parks and Recreation, and who’s also in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy. Fingers crossed for a good film!
On a different tune, did anyone see the Postman Pat movie? I saw the trailer – and I don’t want to tell them how to do their jobs – I just can’t help but thinking it would have been more compelling if they’d gone with the plot I suggested last year.
